CPI Facility Management has a constantly expanding team of 60 employees. Our skilled and dedicated staff has been managing CPI Hungary's office buildings, retail centres, malls, and hotels for more than 20 years, with a total property portfolio of 662,500 m2.
We work with highly skilled colleagues, innovative methods, up-to-date processes and technologies. Our experience and expertise ensure that we deliver value-for-money services to meet all expectations.
CPI Facility Management provides an owner-centric service, supporting its partners from strategy development to operation and management.

Our core business is technical management, but our market peculiarity and advantage is to exploit the potential of the
in-house management.
We think of our buildings as a child whose intelligence is provided by parents and teachers for continuous development, and this development is provided not only by the technical capabilities but also by the management vision that puts awareness first.

Maintenance
We ensure that our buildings and equipment are in good condition, reduce the risk of breakdowns and outages, and improve operational efficiency and optimum performance by establishing and continuously monitoring maintenance and upkeep schedules.
With our 24/7 helpdesk service and our Mobile Service Team, we provide a fast response time, high professional quality for ad hoc and CAPEX work, and the elimination of unexpected technical issues.

Project management
We provide architectural design level of lease area fit-outs, with expert advice from our professional team, working closely with our tenants, partners and suppliers.
Our highly skilled colleagues carry out tenant orders and lease area fit-outs through cost-effective procurement processes.
